Herb Henderson, CAL class of 1957

In Memorium: Remembering Long Time Cal Alumni Supporter, Herb Henderson, Cal, class of 1957. Herb passed away on 4/19/2018 and he will be sorely missed by all of us long time San Diego Cal Alumni supporters. His wife, Catherine “Kitty” Henderson was a past president of the San Diego Cal Alumni Club and they both loved all things Blue and Gold (especially Cal sports). They were an incredibly loving and devoted couple. Herb and Kitty are now together in the “Great Memorial Stadium in the Sky”  as well as having  attended the last Rose Bowl that Cal played in (1959!),  a worthy feat in itself.  Those who knew and loved Herb may remember him by  attending  his celebration of life  at their home at 11 am on July 14, 2018 at 455 Santa Dominga, Solana Beach, CA 92075. Please RSVP to Craig at:  craig.r.henderson@gmail.com.  You may also remember Herb or Kitty by making a donation to the Kitty and Herb Henderson Achievement Award Scholarship. Please contact the Stewardship Coordinator, Lawrence Lawler at 510.900.8204 or you can mail a check to: Cal Alumni Association, c/o Stewardship Coordinator, Alumni Scholarships, 1 Alumni House, Berkeley, CA 94720. Be sure to write in the memo portion of the check or attach a note that says, “In Memory of Herb Henderson, Kitty and Herb Henderson Achievement Award.”
